Persephone, the Goldendoodle

At my little condo complex, we’re up to five dogs and two cats now. The newest member of the family is Nanook, an Alaskan Klee Kai. Okay, this may be the second cutest dog in the world.

A Klee Kai is a miniature Alaskan Husky. Nookie will be about 23 pounds when he’s full grown. He’s about 9 weeks old now, and full of it.

His older sister, Billie, is a happy camper. She runs around more than he does!

That’s one cute puppy. (And he’s a cuddler. When you pick him up, he nuzzles your neck.)

Another day at the beach. Ho hum. Maybe someone will play fetch with me.

Ah, but Jay is in town. Percy adores Jay. Here she is looking at him.

Jay can make Percy leap over tall (not-so-much) waves (but the leaping is still good).

This is why we don’t shower before going to the beach with Percy.

She’s so cute when she’s wet. And dripping. Look at the I-Can’t-Keep-from-touching-them cute waffle-ears.

NEWSFLASH: Did you know that Percy was related to Steve Martin? Here she is doing his “King Tut” dance. (Oh dear, I just really dated myself).
